Description

MMA Fitness Level 1 application has been designed as a supplementary resource for fitness professionals who have completed the MMA Fitness Level 1 course. It is also suitable for anyone who has an interested in learning the basics of MMA for a great fitness workout.

This app contains a library of all the techniques which are covered under the Level 1 course together with a bonus 5 combination workout to give you a sample of how to structure your workouts. The techniques have been modified for the general fitness public so they are easy to learn whilst also reducing the intensity to minimise the risk of injury.

The hardest thing about learning new skills is trying to remember the technical points which make it safe and effective. This app allows you to take these techniques with you in your pocket anywhere you go in a small and convenient package.

Who is it for?

-Current MMA Fitness Level 1 Certified Trainers: trainers, please note that this app DOES NOT replace your need to complete a course accredited by Fitness Australia in order to teach these techniques to others, and be insured to do so. -People interested in learning MMA Fitness basics.

How does it Work?

The app is comprised of simple easy to use instructional videos arranged into appropriate categories (Standup technique, Grappling techniques, Self defence techniques, Combination formats and Wrapping techniques). These techniques have been compiled by 2009 World Masters Brazilian Jiu Jitsu champion Marcelo Rezende and experienced Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA Trainer and Shotokan Karate 2nd Degree Black Belt James McNeill.

Learn the modified techniques used by the best fighters in the world in a safe format which can be taught to first time gym goers and experienced MMA practitioners alike.
